About my work
As an interim manager, researcher, project leader, and educational expert, I work on a wide range of issues within higher education and research. I leverage my experience across various institutions, programs, and research areas to guide and advise programs and research units.
I provide support with educational, organizational, and policy issues, quality assurance processes, inspections, and the development and application of new programs. I also conduct research and assist with research designs, evaluations, and reporting.
I also contribute to the development of self-evaluations and other training and policy documents, supported, if desired, with visual summaries such as infographics and infographics. I am well-versed in the frameworks for quality assessment of education (NVAO) and research (CEKO and BKO).

Interim manager
As an interim manager, I can be deployed to guide and support educational and research teams in their daily work.
Researcher
My research combines educational and sports science perspectives with quantitative and qualitative methods.
The results provide scientific and practical insights for policy and interventions at the intersection of sport, education and health.
Project Manager
As a project manager in higher education, I lead complex projects at the intersection of education, research, and organization. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor planning and quality, and ensure the connection between policy and implementation.
Educationalist
As an educational specialist, I assist in developing (or adapting) (new) education and/or assessment. I can also provide guidance on CDHO and/or TNO dossiers.
