Interim manager
As an interim manager, I support higher education and research organizations with change and development challenges. I'm deployed to address complex issues in education, research, and organization, where continuity and quality improvement are paramount—with a focus on both the content and the people who do the work.
My work involves managing teams, implementing improvement programs, and connecting policy and implementation. I'm results-oriented, focused on building support and ensuring long-term sustainability, and employ a practical approach, a sense of perspective, and a sense of humor when appropriate.
Researcher
My research focuses on the relationship between sport and education, with a specific focus on the pedagogical, didactic, and organizational aspects. The combination of elite sport and education is central to this, with the aim of gaining insight into how educational and sports organizations can better design and support dual career paths, and how this contributes to the academic success, well-being, and talent development of elite athletes.
The research combines educational and sports science perspectives and utilizes both quantitative and qualitative methods. The results provide both scientific knowledge and practical tools for education professionals and policymakers, supporting the development of effective policies and sustainable interventions at the intersection of sport, education, and health.
Project Manager
As a project manager in higher education, I lead complex projects at the intersection of education, research, and organization, with a clear focus on policy development and innovation. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress and quality, and ensure the effective translation of strategic policy into practical implementation.
My work focuses on educational innovation, innovation and development programs, quality assurance and accreditation processes, as well as the implementation of policy and research results. I prioritize clear goals, administrative coordination, support within the organization, and sustainable improvement of education and the organization.
Educationalist
As an educational specialist, I collaborate with lecturers and program management on curriculum, constructive alignment, and other educational issues. I have experience developing Ads, SME pathways, Bachelor's degrees, and Professional Master's degrees. I involve the team and the professional field in the development process and ensure that the education aligns with the context, strategy of the institution, and the needs of the professional field.
